I want to announce some big news. I'm now a licensed mortgage originator through Paramount Residential Mortgage Group on the Mona Bainey Edick team.
If you know me, you know I've been in and around homes my entire career. Design decisions. Interior finishes. Insurance. The "wait, what does escrow even mean" calls at 8pm. I've been the person who explains the stuff nobody else takes time to explain — and honestly, helping people get into the home felt like the natural next chapter.
PRMG has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and is one of the most respected independent lenders in the country. I'm proud to join them.
What I bring to this that's different: I already understand the full picture. Insurance requirements, escrow accounts, how your coverage affects your closing — I'm not learning that on the job. You deserve someone who gets the whole thing, not just their piece of it.
I'm not 9-5. I answer real questions from real people and I don't disappear after the application is submitted.
