This closing was an extra special one! ❤️

There’s nothing better than helping someone buy a home, but when it’s one of your own team members and her family, it hits a little differently. 🥹

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside her, and today I got to be part of such a BIG moment for their family — officially becoming homeowners!

Buying a home takes a lot of work behind the scenes, and I’m so excited we were able to walk through this process together and get them to the closing table.

Congratulations to this sweet family on their new home! 🎉 I couldn’t be happier for you guys, and I can’t wait to see all the memories you make there.

This one is a perfect example of why getting pre-approved is about so much more than just finding out the maximum you can qualify for.

When we first talked with these buyers, one of the biggest priorities was making sure we kept their monthly payment within a budget they were actually comfortable with. We went through their options, looked at different price points, and built a game plan around THEIR goals — not just the biggest number on a pre-approval letter.

Then they went shopping… and found the one! 🏡❤️

Now they are officially UNDER CONTRACT and one step closer to becoming homeowners!

One of my favorite parts of what we do is helping buyers understand that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all mortgage. Sometimes it takes looking at different loan options, structuring things the right way, and really listening to what matters most to the buyer.
