Mims Integra Insurance We have been serving the people of Fort Bend and Harris Counties since 1994. Formerly Chris Mims Far I started my career as a Farmers Insurance Agency in 1994.

I was born and raised in Houston and have been serving the Houston, Richmond, Katy area with insurance protection since 1994. During my years in the insurance industry, I have had the privilege of serving over 2,000 clients with their auto, home, life and business insurance needs. I have always enjoyed serving people. I believe the best way to serve people is to truly know them and their needs. Th

Our guiding commitment is to always take care of our friends, to meet their needs, to love them supremely, and to trust God for the rest! With that thought in mind, I realized that I needed to provide more choices for my clients and so I moved from being a Farmers Agent to a Trusted Choice Independent Agent with the Integra Group. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to be accepted as an agent for some of the most trusted insurance companies in America, such as Travelers, MetLife, Liberty Mutual, Hartford, Safeco, Mercury, Berkshire Hathaway, just to name a few. We are adding new companies as the need arises. We do not believe insurance is commodity. We believe there is plan for each person and want to provide that plan for you.

One of the most powerful moments was meeting a teenage girl who was rescued through their work and now lives here in Katy, TX. Hearing her story firsthand was truly inspiring.

Thanksgiving is a time for families and celebration. Here are a couple of things you should keep in mind to keep this Thanksgiving safe:

-Slow down and wear seatbelts: Leave early, be alert while driving and wear seatbelts.
-Don’t drink and drive
-Be careful when frying your turkey: make sure to set up your burners outdoor, away from structures and off the deck. Make sure your pot is large enough to avoid overflowing. Only completely thawed and dry turkeys can go in the fryer.
-Keep a fire extinguisher nearby
-Keep an eye on what you’re heating up
-Have working smoke alarms.
