Years ago, I dreamed of a career that gave me flexibility.

Summer plans should include sunscreen, snacks… and knowing your health insurance coverage🌴🩺

If illness or injury happens while you’re out of town, telehealth and urgent care can often be your best first stop.

Did you know one of the biggest mistakes people make with health insurance is running straight to the ER for something that could’ve been handled elsewhere.

Here’s the general game plan:

✔️ Telehealth → allergies, sinus infections, medication refills
✔️ Urgent Care → flu, minor injuries, ear infections
✔️ Primary Care → wellness visits & long-term care
✔️ ER → chest pain, severe bleeding, breathing issues, emergencies

The right care at the right place = lower costs + faster treatment.

Your insurance plan may have very different copays and deductibles depending on where you go, and most people don’t realize it until the bill shows up.

Know your benefits BEFORE you need them.
