The appraisal report is getting an update. Are you ready?

Beginning November 2, 2026, the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 becomes the standard for new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal, although approved lenders may receive a temporary transition exception.

Expect more structured property information, updated image requirements, and a dynamic reporting format that provides greater detail about the property.
