Every week we start our team meeting with one word. Sometimes it's funny. Sometimes it's heavy. Sometimes it's the first thing that pops into our heads because there are a hundred thoughts fighting for attention.

Today, mine was PROUD.

Not because of the closings, the listings, or the numbers (although this team is absolutely crushing it).

I'm proud because we're a family.

The truth is, we all have things happening behind the scenes that nobody else sees. We aren't together 24 hours a day, so we don't always know what someone is carrying. But when we do know, this team shows up.

They check in. They step in. They encourage. They celebrate. They give grace. They genuinely care about each other.

That's the culture we've built, and it's something I never take for granted.

So today, my word was proud. Not because everything is perfect, but because these are my people... and I wouldn't trade this team for anything.

July was a good month.

Not because of the numbers... but because of the people behind them.

Every showing, late-night phone call, lease signing, negotiation, inspection, problem solved, and set of keys handed over happened because this team continues to show up for our clients day after day.

Here's what we accomplished in July:

• 2 New Listings (with several more on the way!)
• 5 Homes Sold
• 4 Offers Accepted
• 10 Homes Leased
• 14 New Property Management Clients
• 1 Referral Listing Closed in Utah

I say it all the time, but I truly have the privilege of working alongside some of the hardest-working, most caring people in this industry. They don't chase recognition. They just quietly do incredible work for the people who trust us.

Some transactions are extra special, and this was definitely one of them.

Seven years ago, I had the privilege of helping my aunt, Adel (yes... the same Adel as the street name!), purchase this adorable condo. After years of making wonderful memories here, she decided it was time for her next adventure—traveling the world—and to pass the home on to its next owners.

We were under contract in just two days and officially closed a little over a month later!

A huge thank you to Nicole Norris with Fathom Realty for the outstanding teamwork throughout this transaction. This closing is a great reminder that the best real estate experiences happen when both the buyer's and seller's agents work together with professionalism, communication, and a shared goal of getting everyone to the finish line.
