Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, Amber. You are my rock, my absolute everything, and I am so incredibly blessed to have you by my side. From the big milestones down to all the small things you do every single day, getting to do life with you is the greatest gift. I love you!

I am rarely at a loss for words, this years Chamber dinner left me truly humbled.

Being awarded the Gene Penne Award for lifetime community service is an honor that hasn’t quite sunk in yet. The truth is, when you love a town as much as I love Red Bluff, getting involved and giving back has never felt like "service." I am incredibly proud to call this community home, and I share this recognition with everyone who rolls up their sleeves to make Tehama County a better place.

Thank you to the Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a phenomenal night, and thank you, Red Bluff. I am so honored to stand alongside all of you. Here is to continuing the work together!

They say if you want to know how strong a community is, look at the people serving the food. 😉

We had an absolute blast at Beef and Brew teaming up with this crew to sling tri-tip sliders and pour drinks. A huge thank you to Sean and Heather Rix, Adam Stever, Billy and Whitney Moffett, and Morgan and RJ Johnson for the constant laughs behind the booth all night.

Running a business in Red Bluff is great, but getting to do it alongside friends like these is what actually makes this town special.

Amber and I had an incredible night at the 2026 Beef and Brew! 🥩🍻
There is nothing quite like this community. We had an absolute blast serving up tri-tip sliders and pouring alongside an all-star crew of friends: Sean and Heather Rix (State Farm), Adam and Jessica Stever (Assured Proberta Automotive), Morgan and RJ Johnson (Main Street Deli) and Billy and Whitney Moffett (The Bluff). Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth to grab a bite and hang out! A huge shoutout to the band, Full Throttle, for keeping the energy up and the vibes going all night long. 🎸

And of course, a massive congratulations to this year’s People’s Choice winners!

So, for those of you that haven't heard, I've been entrusted to lead the Rotary club of Red Bluff through 6/30/27. Carrying on the legacy created by Kelley Dolling is not an easy feat, but tomorrow marks my 7th meeting and I have yet to experience our members running for the doors during our meetings. Rotary has taught me to expect the unexpected. Tomorrow at noon (gavel cracks the bell at 12:05) at The Elks Lodge, we have the pleasure of having the leader of Tehama Family Fitness Center, Aubrie Thomas speaking with us about fitness, the obesity epidemic and the impacts of GLP1s. Consider this your open invite to come and check it out. You can be my guest. I recommend an 11:45 arrival if you'd like lunch.

On a very closely related sidebar, or a dovetail as many would call it, we are looking to grow our membership. We added 30 amazing new Rotarians last year and are looking to replicate that this year. We are presently the 2nd largest Rotary club in Upstate CA. So, if you've been wanting to have a positive impact on our Red Bluff community, there is not a better way to Create Lasting Impact than to become a member of Red Bluff Rotary.
