🏦Bank of Commerce Announces Branch Remodel
(Rawlins, Wyoming) - September 15, 2026 - Bank of Commerce, Carbon County’s only locally owned community bank, is excited to announce an upcoming remodel at the bank in Rawlins. Construction is set to begin October 5th and is expected to last 6 months. The renovation will include relocating the teller line, creating new office space for the operations team, updating restrooms, and refreshing finishes throughout the interior of the bank. The redesigned teller area will provide a more functional space for both customers and employees, and additional office space will accommodate the bank’s continued growth. Refreshing the finishes from floor to ceiling will create a fresh new look for the bank. This project marks the first major remodel since 2000, over 25 years ago. “A lot has changed since our last major remodel, including the ways our customers bank. This renovation will help us create a more modern and functional space while maintaining the hometown service you already know and trust,” says Copper France, Bank of Commerce President and CEO.
As construction gets underway, customers will notice some temporary changes inside the bank, including a few staff members relocating during both phases of the remodel. The walk-up teller entrance located on Buffalo Street will be permanently closed and serves as a construction entrance during the remodel. This renovation may be slightly disruptive, but the bank will remain open for business inside the bank and at the drive-up teller. With this project, the hours of operation have been adjusted, and the bank lobby is now open at 8 am on weekdays. “While our space may be changing, the things that matter most to us will remain the same: our team, our commitment to personal customer service, and our dedication to the communities we serve,” says Nicole Murry, Marketing Administrator. For Bank of Commerce, this project is about more than updating a building, it is an investment in the future of the bank that the community has long called home.
