Allen Insurance is proud to announce that we have been acquired by Crest Insurance! Same great service, just with a new name!!

Today we proudly announce the acquisition of Allen Insurance. The move is a homecoming for CEO Cody Ritchie and CFO Jon Addy who were both raised in Wyoming, attended the University of Wyoming, and continue to support the University and communities throughout the State.

Sandra Bittner will continue to lead the Laramie office and Georgeann Martinez will lead the Rawlins office. Allen customers can expect the same great service and will have access to a broad selection of insurance options as a result of the affiliation with Crest.
The Allen transaction marks Crest’s tenth agency acquisition completed this year and represents Crest’s continued investment in the intermountain west. The Company continues to seek out quality partners to strengthen its service offering. Crest’s evolution strategy focuses on partnering with agencies that share a common culture rooted in hard work, community involvement and competitive spirit.
