As a Modern Woodmen Regional Director, I use my knowledge of the financial services industry to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of financial services professionals in Central and Eastern North Carolina. My goals this year are to find the most qualified individuals who will be the right fit for our team. These individuals do not necessarily have a finance background, but do have:
• A strong work ethic
• A competitive mind-set
• A passion for helping others
• A desire to be part of a team
• A desire to earn what you're worth

It's always a great night when you can invest time in young leaders, encourage personal growth, and build meaningful connections. We were fortunate enough to have Eszylfie Taylor fly in and speak at our 3rd Quarter Polk Regional Meeting. Eszylfie is the founder and president of Taylor Insurance and Financial Services located in California and spoke at the Leadership & Management Program conference (LAMP) a while back. He made such an impact that we wanted to bring all his knowledge to everyone in the Polk region. Thank you to MacGregor Country Club for accommodating our packed house and thank you to Eszylfie for reminding us of the impact we get to make in the communities around us and inspiring us to reach our full potential in this career.
