On Saturday, we celebrated our graduating seniors at the Rhode Island College commencement ceremony. One of those seniors was Miguel Hoyos—one of our star Shinn Scholars from AY 2023-2024 who studied abroad in Spain. In addition to graduating summa cm laude with a double major in Economics and Global Studies and a double minor in Environmental Studies and International Business, Miguel also received the The Rose Butler Browne Award from the Office of Student Success as well as the Outstanding Student Award from the School of Business Economics and Finance Division. Congratulations, Miguel! We are so proud of you and the rest of our graduating Shinn Scholars. 🎓🌟
