For me numbers are very factual and it was helpful to go through each section and understand where the starting point is before getting in to the home buying details. I also came to Jason doing my own calcualtion with where I wanted to be, duget wise, and it was nice to have Jason confirm and never once did I feel pushed or guided outside of where I was financially comfortable. Later in the process Jason shared how he followed rates to lock in the best deal for his clients. I appreciate how knowledgable he was in this area, I felt at ease knowing he was looking out every day for the best results for his clients. All along the way he walked me through the details on each paper and made sure I didnt have any questions. I am so thankful for Jason guiding me along the way.
