Not spending $100 a month with Homebot is costing some loan officers tens of thousands.

It builds a moat around your database. Your past clients see who their loan officer is every month without you doing a thing. And if you are not in that relationship, they go to whoever is. Usually a lender down the street.

Over 40% of my business comes out of my database. That is $80 million a year.

This guy flew Army attack helicopters. 1,000 flight hours. ✈️

On his very last flight he still pulled out the checklist and read it line by line. after a thousand hours.

Ten minutes before I went live yesterday, this is what I was doing 👀

Sitting in the studio with my team, working through a new course that does not launch until next month.

That is pretty much what this stretch looks like right now.

Tomorrow I am on a coaching call with the Summit team at CrossCountry Mortgage. Next month a new monthly series kicks off. October is filling up with stuff I am not ready to talk about yet 🤐

A lot of work going into all of it. Long days, good problems 🙌

25 years in and I still get fired up walking into a week like this one 🔥
