Sunshine, lake views, and an amazing team—doesn’t get much better than that.

We had an awesome day of team building out at Canandaigua Lake this afternoon enjoying a boat ride, great food at the Sand Bar, and even better company. Days like this are a great reminder of how lucky we are to work with such a fun and supportive group.

Grateful to be part of a team that values both hard work and meaningful moments like these.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our June IFPA at our Rochester office with an incredibly talented group of interns.

Throughout the week, our interns immersed themselves in a variety of training sessions, strengthening their skills and gaining valuable insights into our business. They also had the opportunity to hear from impactful leaders across the organization, attend our Quarterly Business Builder, and connect with colleagues in meaningful ways.

Of course, there were plenty of fun moments too, including team lunches, celebrating National Donut Day, and a great night at our intern pickleball event!

We’re excited to continue supporting their growth and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the coming weeks. Thank you to all of our leaders who made the week possible!

We had an incredible time at our Quarterly Business Builder (QBB) here in Rochester this morning, set against the beautiful backdrop of the Fallbrook House on Canandaigua Lake.

There’s something truly special about stepping away from the day-to-day to connect, collaborate, and grow together. This event gave us the opportunity to spend meaningful time with one another, strengthen relationships, and refocus on what drives us forward.

A big thank you to our impactful speakers—Danny and Andy Babitz, Ben Lerche, and our speaker panel—for sharing their insight, energy, and perspective.

Grateful for the conversations, the inspiration, and the momentum coming out of this QBB. Looking forward to carrying this energy into the rest of the year.

Every month, we get the opportunity to take our top performers out to celebrate the wins they’re putting up and the careers they’re building. It’s something we always look forward to—stepping out of the office, connecting, and recognizing the hard work that drives everything forward. We call it Captain’s Club.

Our awesome group of interns officially kicked off the summer internship program together with a full week in Syracuse, where they dove into training sessions focused on building core skills and setting the foundation for a successful summer ahead.

Our group had the chance to unwind and connect at the Syracuse Mets game; the perfect way to celebrate the start of the program and create memories together outside the learning environment.

We’re excited to see how this talented group continues to grow over the coming weeks.
