Great teams are built both in and out of the office.

We had the opportunity to spend time together on a fishing charter on Lake Ontario and enjoy an incredible Luke Bryan concert. While the settings were different from our day-to-day work, the goal was the same: building stronger relationships, creating memories, and enjoying the company of an amazing team.

Grateful to be part of a culture that values connection, collaboration, and celebrating successes together. These moments remind us that great workplace cultures don't just happen, they're intentionally built.

The 1st Official Yellow Cup was one for the books. 💛⛳️

With a chill in the air and the beautiful backdrop of Ravenwood Golf Club, 50 teams came together for a day that was about so much more than golf. The Yellow Cup continues to unite our community in support of incredible organizations, including Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and Camp Good Days.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day was welcoming Liz Scott, Alex's mother, who made the trip from Philadelphia to share the story behind Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and the mission that continues to inspire hope for families facing childhood cancer. Hearing her speak from the heart was a powerful reminder of why days like this matter and how our collective support creates a meaningful impact.

A special thank you to our Managing Partner, Mike Doolittle, for kicking off the day with an inspiring message, and to Mark's Leisure Time Marine for sponsoring the hole-in-one contest with an unbelievable grand prize, a boat! 🚤

We also added a co****le tournament this year, which quickly became a crowd favorite, and of course, there was yellow everywhere, including the iconic giant yellow rubber ducky on Hole 14.

Most importantly, none of this would have been possible without our incredible volunteers, sponsors, participants, and supporters. Your generosity, energy, and commitment helped make this event a tremendous success while raising critical funds and awareness for causes that are changing lives.

Golf. Co****le. Community. Impact. And a lot of YELLOW.

That's what the Yellow Cup is all about.

Northwestern Mutual Rochester Takes Over Seabreeze!

What a day for Team ROC! Nearly 100 of our team members and their families took over Seabreeze — with smiling faces on just about every ride and slide in the park!

The rain held off, giving way to a beautiful summer day at historic Seabreeze. Great people, great families, lots of laughs, and another reminder that the relationships we build together go well beyond the office.

This has become quite the Team ROC tradition and one we look forward to every summer!

A huge thank you to Captain Jeff from Jammer Sport Fishing and first mate Greg. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a ton of fun—putting us on some fish while educating us along the way.

The evening started a little slow, but the laughs definitely didn’t. Then the big fish started hitting!

Andrew DiBernardo fought an epic 10-minute battle to land an absolute Lake Ontario monster. Michael Leone caught the most fish—although no keepers 😂—and our entire group teamed up to reel in a whopper of a king salmon.

Great people, plenty of laughs, some big fish, and a beautiful night on Lake Ontario.

This is what Captains Club is all about—celebrating success, building relationships, and having some fun together along the way.

Huge shoutout to Michael Leone and Aidan MacKay on achieving the Power of 10 milestone early in their Northwestern Mutual careers!

Less than 15% of Northwestern Mutual folks achieve this goal, making it an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the work these two are putting in.
