The beautiful Stephanie Hill, owner of High End Lounge, went from me showing her how to manage a $200 secured credit card BACK IN 2018, to now getting approved for WHATEVER, and I MEAN WHATEVER SHE WANT💯💯 That’s right… when I first started mentoring her, she did NOT even have a credit card nor understand how to properly use one. I told her we have to build her foundation first and allow time to have it's time.

But one thing about Stephanie… she was disciplined, coachable, focused, determined, resilient, fearless, RELENTLESS, and was so happy when her credit score increased SIX POINTS LOVED ONES💯‼️ Thats right. Her credit score only increased 6 points at first! She followed and applied EVERY single thing I told her to a "T," without excuses, distractions, or giving up when things got hard. She did not say, "It's taking too long, I been paying you and nothings getting deleted." She understood the assignment. She stayed consistent even when nobody saw the vision but her.

Today, I am crying and OVERLY proud to announce she now has:
• 14 mental health residential homes
• 2 adult training centers
• A veterans lodge
• A licensed bingo center
• High End bar/lounge
• Multiple residential & commercial properties
• Non-medical transportation services

Listen to my grandson at 7 years old, on stage teaching adults about credit. That is what happens when pain is turned into purpose. After surviving identity theft and fraud by family, I’ve spent over 20 years teaching others how to turn setbacks into strategy and knowledge into inheritance.

This is kingdom work. My assignment is to teach now, and I do not take that respons-Ability lightly.

If you teach a child credit education and financial literacy early, you’ll raise a homeowner, a business owner, an investor, and a legacy builder who is far more likely to choose opportunity over street life, which saves lives. One lesson can shift generations, as I AM doing to make this world a better place.

This auto loan payment is $230 a month, but the past due amount is $920. So even if the owner pays the $230 on time, just like the loan company representative said was okay....why would the credit score STILL drop close to 100 points?

My mentee and his family were living in a hotel, paying out way too much money, and he needed to buy a house like yesterday. As a hardworking self-employed truck driver, getting approved the traditional way, I knew was not going to be cut and dry because of his credit and income situation. His back was up against the wall and as his mentor, I felt the pressure as well.
I told him, if he applied my guidance and did the work, we could get it done. It would take discipline, strategy, patience, and some gut-wrenching effort but its poss-Able.WE CAN DO IT....TOGETHER! He stayed focused, stayed committed, and did not give up.

Today, by the grace of GOD, he RECEIVED HIS APPROVAL LETTER and is now house hunting for his family’s new home.

This is bigger than a house to me. This is bigger than credit to me. This is an answered prayer. This is a pivotal chapter. This is stability. This is peace. This is a fresh start. This is transformative action to safeguard his family's future. This is what faith looks like.

Do you ever wonder why your credit score keeps fluctuating? Well maybe this may give you some understanding.
It comes down to when you use your card and what balance gets reported.
Example:
If your limit is $500 and your balance is $437, that’s 87% utilization.
If that balance reports on your SCD, your score will drop. When you pay it down, your score can go back up.
The formula is simple:
Balance ÷ Limit = Utilization
437 ÷ 500 = 87%
The industry says stay under 30%.
At Credit Power LLC, we teach as close to $0 as possible "BE"-cause that’s how you look S.S.A.F. — Stable. Sexy. Attractive. Fundable. on paper.

Lower your balance and your score may increase. If you do it consistently, this may position your for higher limits without asking.

My client was approved for $22,850.00 and she’s using it to purchase a piece of real estate from the upcoming sheriff sale. There was no credit check, application, or fees. This is about leveraging your credit to buy assets. This is how you turn your credit to cash. I keep telling yall stop listening to people who ain't neva did it before because they gonna keep you stuck telling you.. "It can't be done." Or they may start hating and lieing saying, "She doing something not right."..ALLLLLLLL "BE"-cause they are ignorant to financial literacy.💯
