Jim took the time to run different numbers and scenarios with us to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our mortgage payment and overall financial decision. We worked with him for about a year, and he was incredibly patient and helpful as we searched for the right home.
He also collected all of our documents upfront, which made the entire transaction incredibly easy and smooth when we finally found our home. Jim was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit.
We are so grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a lender. He truly went above and beyond!

Your rate was quite a bit higher upon first offer. The price match against 6.375% from elsewhere I hoped would be an actual match, but accepted the slightly higher rate based on our relationship, history, and service level. So thanks again!

Other than that, just the last minute Dollar Bank document requests were a bit frustrating as it almost delayed closing after the scheudled for 8 people were already arranged. Luckily we were able to resolve that.
