Traveling is her favorite pastime, but she also enjoys reading adventure, sci-fi, and spy novels; watching Netflix; and spending time with her family. Ella loves her community and often gives back to Jewish causes like NCSY and Chabad of Hillsboro. Through Fairway, she also contributes to the American Warrior Initiative. Arizona is standing out as one of the strongest markets in the country for first-time home buyers in 2026. Several Arizona cities ranked among the best cities in America for first-time buyers, with Surprise, Gilbert, Peoria, and Chandler all making the national top 10.

And that’s not the whole story. Scottsdale and Mesa also ranked among the top cities, giving the Phoenix metro one of the strongest showings in the country for first-time buyers.
