In the midst of the busy home-buying season I wanted to share some exciting personal news… we are ENGAGED!

The new conforming loan limit for 2024 is $766,550?! 🤯 That’s an 18% increase over the last 2 years! Conforming loan limits are based on the FHFA’s House Price Index. This goes to show that home prices are STILL INCREASING even with the increase in interest rates.

What does this mean for you? As interest rates continue to fall, there will be a huge influx of rate-focused buyers to the market. This will drive demand, and housing prices will go up. It’s important to remember that YOU CANNOT REFINANCE YOUR PURCHASE PRICE!
