5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kasun Kirtis by Eddyson C - My experience with Kasun has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a loan officer. His knowledge, experience, and dedication truly set him apart. Throughout the loan process, Kasun was able to navigate every obstacle with professionalism and expertise, making what could have been a stressful process much easier to manage.

Working with Kasun restored my faith that there are still good, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring people in the mortgage industry who truly take pride in helping their clients.

I wouldn’t choose to work with any other loan officer, and I would confidently recommend Kasun to my family, friends, and anyone looking to purchase a home. If you’re in the market for a home, I highly recommend working with Kasun. You won’t regret it.

Thank you so much for everything you do, Kasun. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kasun Kirtis by Lindsey S - I cannot say enough about Kasun and the relationship he has built with me. He proudly worked hard to get me into my first home in 2024 and has stayed in touch with me, since then, making sure that if I needed anything, he would happily help me. It was a no brainer who I trusted to call for my first refinance. He came through and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stressless. He is one of those people that remind you of the good that still exists in this world. He truly deserves this praise and I am proud to share my continued experience.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kasun Kirtis by Nicole B L - Working with Kasun was truly an incredible experience. I had shopped with different lenders before, and the difference was night and day — Kasun completely blew them out of the water. From start to finish, he made sure I felt informed, supported, and taken care of every step of the way.

He went above and beyond to secure me the best possible offers and explained everything clearly so I always understood what was happening. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping me reach my goal — it never felt transactional.

Thanks to his dedication, I was able to close on my first home with confidence and peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Kasun to my friends and family. After this experience, I don’t just see him as my lender — I truly see him as a friend who went above and beyond to help me achieve such a big milestone.
