10 Days - Clear To Close 🔥

This one required some strategic structuring and a very tight timeline.

Our buyer was also selling their existing home, and the purchase of their new home was contingent on that sale closing first. That meant we had to coordinate both the sale and the purchase and get everything lined up quickly.

Despite the added moving pieces, we were able to structure the deal, help the agent navigate both transactions, and get the purchase cleared to close in just 10 days. 💪

The first half of the year is officially in the books!

2026 got off to a slower start while I made the transition to a new brokerage, but we’ve built momentum every month since, and I’m grateful to have finished June as a Top Producer.

“I’m just going to wait until prices drop, then I’ll buy.”⏳

We’ve all heard that before - let’s take a look back at previous periods of home value appreciation, along with what happened to home prices after that. 🔍

Property values increased 73 out of the last 81 years, and inventory now is still extremely low. On top of that, CoreLogic reported today that home prices rose 4.4% over the last year, and predicts another increase of 3.7% over the next year - revised up from 3.1% in their previous report. 📈
