IT'S OFFICIAL!!

Starting today, I begin my transition from a Sales Associate to a full-blown standalone Sales Agent within Comparion Insurance Agency! I will no longer be paired to an Executive Sales Agent, and will begin building my own personal book of business!

I want to give a very special "Thank You" to David Guran, Ray Eberle, and the entire Peoria Heights/Orland Park family for helping make this possible. Dave has created an incredible culture of support and camaraderie within our team, and being able to work under Ray (a 30-year veteran in the industry) was easily the best learning experience I could have asked for.

This last year has been challenging. I hit rock bottom in a way I never thought possible, and pretty much had to start over at 33 years old. But if I've learned anything through this experience, it's that I am more than capable of becoming everything I want to be... And I fully believe this next step in my journey will help me materialize that.

Trying something new can feel awkward, but being a beginner isn't something to be embarrassed of. It means you're brave enough to step outside of what's familiar and give yourself a chance to grow.

And you don't have to be amazing at it today. You don't even have to know exactly what you're doing. You just have to take that first imperfect step. Nobody became an expert overnight. They all had to start right where you are now.

This week, try a new recipe. Take a pottery class. Apply for the opportunity.

You never know which small leap might open an entirely new door.
