Your primary responsibility will be reconnecting with former agency clients, learning why they left, reviewing their current needs, and giving us another opportunity to earn their business.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has an active insurance license
✅ Can work full time
✅ Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
✅ Communicates well and listens even better
✅ Understands that follow-up matters
✅ Can handle objections without taking them personally
✅ Has the confidence to ASK FOR THE BUSINESS

You’ll have an established database of former clients to contact — people who already know our agency.

You won’t be calling random strangers all day.

Your job is to reconnect, rebuild trust, and remind them why doing business with our agency deserves another look.
