They made the entire process so much easier than we expected and somehow managed to get our VA loan closed in just 21 days!
As veterans, we really appreciated working with people who understood the VA loan process and knew exactly what needed to happen. Brandy and Kelly stayed on top of everything, kept us updated, answered our questions, and made sure we always knew what was going on. We never felt like we were chasing anyone down for answers.
What stood out the most was how much they genuinely seemed to care about getting our family into our new home. We never felt like we were just another loan or another number. They were patient, kind, responsive, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving.
Buying a home is stressful enough, especially when you’re trying to get everything done on a tight timeline, but Brandy and Kelly made the mortgage side of things feel surprisingly easy.
