✨Loan Officer Spotlight: Andy Nolte✨ (one day late happy birthday appreciation post)!
Twenty-plus years in the mortgage business. Tens of thousands of loan scenarios. And somehow, Andy still enjoys solving the tough ones. 😂
That’s probably because problem solving and experience are at the heart of how Andy approaches mortgage lending. After more than two decades, he’s seen just about every type of scenario imaginable, and he loves figuring out how to get from “Can we do this?” to “Here’s how we can do it.”
His approach is pretty simple:
Be responsive. Shoot people straight. Do what you say you’re going to do. And find a solution.
But mortgage lending is only part of Andy’s story.
Outside of work, you’ll find him coaching his girls, cheering them on from the sidelines, spending time and traveling with family, and supporting FosterAdopt Connect, a cause that holds a special place in his heart.
For Andy, it’s always been about relationships, whether that’s helping someone finance a home, supporting a real estate partner, coaching his girls, or giving back to the community.
