This April was truly rewarding! I had the opportunity to help clients navigate a bridge loan on their departure residence—enabling them to secure a new upper-bracket home without bringing extra cash to closing. On top of that, three other clients received a combined $37,500 in grant funds 🎊 One client was able to close on a USDA loan with 0% down payment. Another client also at 0% down with a VA loan with us assisting with half the closing costs. Many of these clients chose to work with me because of my ability to find creative solutions, and I’m incredibly grateful for a career that allows me to assist people across all neighborhoods and price points
