Menu for Saturday, August 29th

Nothing was better than Mom coming home from the grocery store or opening up your grandparent’s pantry and seeing a Little Debbie box of treats just waiting for you to enjoy 😋. So this week, I wanted to bring back a little bit of that childhood nostalgia with some of my favorite Little Debbie treats!

In my humble opinion, Star Crunch is the best Little Debbie, so obviously that has to be my pick. Justin’s pick is the Cosmic Brownie, which is just as rich and chocolaty as the original 🤤

I’ll also say the Oatmeal Cream Pie is a close second for both of us, especially since the marshmallow creme filling is completely homemade—no store-bought marshmallow fluff here! The same goes for the chocolate cupcake, the marshmallow filling is made from scratch!

We’ll have the stand open at 8 a.m. this Saturday for you all to come grab your favorites!

Menu for Saturday, July 18th 🤩

Earlier this summer, Justin and I were able to take advantage of the raspberry bush in our garden and make one of our favorite canning recipes—homemade raspberry jam. 😋

This week, I used our raspberry jam and layered it with my vanilla cake and cream filling, making it my favorite pick of the week!

In addition to the jam and cake, you'll also find:
- Sourdough Bread
- Homemade Scones
- Cookies (including Justin's Pick of the Week: Oreo White Chocolate Chip)
- Fresh Eggs

✨OPENING DAY - Saturday, July 18th✨

We’re so excited to officially open Schnipke Homestead Bakery and welcome each of you to our little farm stand. Justin and I will have the stand open this Saturday from 9am-2pm. Our farm stand will be located at our home address, 8681 Road H Ottawa Ohio along side our shed on road 8-H.

A couple things to note before you stop by:

- Our menu will change from week to week, so make sure you are checking Facebook before each Saturday to know what will be available. I’ll post the menu for this Saturday later this week.

- Everything is baked from scratch in my home kitchen using my one lonely oven. That means quantities are limited!

- We will accept both cash and Venmo as payment, as there will be a cash box and Venmo QR code in the stand.

- The farm stand is a self-serve business, but that doesn’t mean you won’t see Justin and I around when you stop by!
