We’re onsite at MIGSIF & SFIFUND’s latest renovation located near El Yunque National Rainforest.
1 Colinas Del Yunque, Rain Forest. Rio Grande, PR

The team is preparing to launch this rental in September 2023. The entire property has been updated and a fantastic new pool and water feature constructed. This asset will bring monthly rental income to the Funds.

Great trip out to see the hard work Mauricio Galaz and the team have done. The design work and layout are on point to what high-end guests expect. Impressed.
