🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

Meet Trudi McConaughey, Branch Manager of our Orbisonia Office who celebrated her 5 year work anniversary at CSB yesterday!

With an impressive 27 years in banking, her career journey began as a Bank Teller to a Financial Service Representative, and eventually led her to CSB five years ago as a Retail Lender. Through hard work and leadership, she was promoted to Branch Manager.

What does she enjoy most about banking? The ever-evolving nature of the industry, the opportunities for creative problem-solving, and helping customers build confidence through financial education and guidance.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, soaking up the sunshine, and relaxing by the water. The warmer the destination, the better! Most importantly, though, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether they're together in person or simply close in her heart.

Fun fact: She frequently has conversations with her dogs... and according to her, they always have something to say back! 🐶😂

Her favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Today, we are proud to recognize Rodnise Roher, Underwriter, as she celebrates 25 years at Community State Bank!

Beginning her journey with us during her senior year of high school, Rodnise has grown through multiple roles and embraced opportunities to learn, grow, and serve. Being able to help our customers and her co-workers who have become like family is what she enjoys most about her job.

Outside of work, Rodnise enjoys spending time with family, traveling, sports, and hobby photography. Most importantly, she cherishes supporting her son, Mason, in all of his activities.

Favorite Quote: “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.”

Fun Fact: The furthest Rodnise has traveled is Okinawa, Japan!

Today, we're excited to introduce and celebrate Olivia Allison, Deposit Operations Specialist, who is celebrating 5 years with Community State Bank!

Over the past five years, Olivia has been a valued member of our team, bringing a positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving to work every day. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she shared that it's the people she works with and the opportunity to find solutions to challenges.

The accomplishment she is most proud of is being a mother, a role she cherishes above all else.

Fun Fact: Olivia loves painting nails with creative designs! In fact, cosmetology was the career path she originally considered pursuing after high school.

When she’s not at work, you'll likely find her spending quality time with family, making memories with the people who matter most.

Her favorite quote comes from Matthew 6:34:
"So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today."

🌟National Intern Day!🌟

Today we are recognizing our 2026 Summer Intern, Camryn Horne! Camryn has spent her summer working with our Operations Team and shadowing the different departments within the Bank.

A senior at Messiah University studying Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, she applied for and accepted the internship with CSB because of our commitment to serving not only our customers, but our communities as well.

Throughout her internship, Camryn has enjoyed supporting customers through daily account maintenance to meet their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Her biggest takeaway has been the importance of working hard while staying positive.

Her advice for future interns? “Never be afraid to ask questions! Everyone here has been willing to provide help, answers, and advice whenever I’ve needed it.”

🪡Fun Fact: Camryn started her own sewing business as a high school senior!
