We have received reports that some CSB customers are receiving calls claiming to be Community State Bank. Please be advised, we will not call asking for sensitive information.

As a reminder, never share account numbers, card numbers, card security codes, usernames, passwords, or PINs. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be Community State Bank, and you are not sure that it is Community State Bank, hang up and contact us using our phone number 1-866-874-5552, not one provided by the caller.

CSB External Interruption Update:

On Friday, September 25th it was discovered that an external network outage was the cause of a disruption in our operations. The outage was caused by a fiber line break. Teams spent Friday and Saturday isolating the damaged areas and repairing the line break. Out of an abundance of caution to protect our customers, we decided to not open on Saturday.

Today we are happy to report that all systems have been restored and the Bank's network is fully operational, allowing us to serve with accuracy and security.

Thank you to our customers for your patience and understanding as we worked diligently to address the issue. And, thank you to our employees who worked tirelessly throughout the interruption, providing outstanding support and ensuring our customers' needs remained the top priority.
