The documentation side of a mortgage can feel overwhelming at times. Our customer felt exactly that.

But here's what else they said: Lynn and Jay never wavered. They worked through every document request with patience, kept the client on track, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. When the process felt like it was working against them, Lynn and Jay were working for them.

Not every reverse mortgage is straightforward. Some clients come in with unusual circumstances, added legal complexity, limited tech experience — the kinds of wrinkles that can slow things down or make someone feel like a burden. This client had a few of those, and Barbra Kramer took every single one in stride.

She navigated an out-of-the-ordinary situation involving an ex-spouse, worked through the paperwork complications that came with it, and never made the client feel like any of it was too much. When computer difficulties made communication a challenge, Barbra found a way around that too. Every phase, handled. Every concern, addressed.
