I have lived in the Omaha area since 1998 and in Papillion the last 17 years. I have been in the business world sense 1996 managing restaurants, retail stores and found my true calling in the Mortgage business. illar Financial, I enjoy spending time with my wife and girls whether it's playing in the yard, going to their sporting events, taking a long bike ride, or going out back to the lake to swim and ski. I am self-disciplined and results-oriented. Because of my need for order and structure, others enjoy working with me as I am consistent in my behaviors and they know exactly what they can expect from me. Being self-motivated and intrinsically driven, I am never satisfied with my performance and am continually working to improve and enhance my skills where possible. Furthermore, I have a strong sense of ownership for what I do that compels me to always follow through on my commitments. Interpersonally, I am very outgoing and have the ability to meet others and build immediate rapport. I am willing to invest time and energy developing mutually beneficial relationships with others as I understand that this is the basis for building trust and confidence. I have the ability to see things from othersβ perspective, which allows me to meet them at their level and assist them in meeting their specific needs.
