Taking on new debt, increasing your credit card balances, moving large amounts of money, or even choosing a property with higher taxes, insurance, or HOA dues can change the financial picture your loan was originally based on.

That’s why one of the biggest pieces of advice I give buyers is super simple: keep your lender in the loop!
