As the summer comes to an end, we are reflecting and so grateful to our clients and referral partners for trusting us to help with your mortgage needs.

In August, we helped a couple military families use their VA benefits and get into their homes with zero down. Both of them were able to get the seller to pay all of their closing costs so they even got their earnest money back at closing!

We were also able to help a client purchase their new home before selling their current home so they didn’t have to stress out and do the transactions simultaneously.

Another client was able to purchase a second home out of state and we were able to use their assets to qualify in lieu of standard income.

We have some clients that we’re looking to do some home improvements and we didn’t want to refinance their current loan and lose their great interest rate so we were able to access their equity through a home equity line of credit that approved them on the spot and they had their funds within 5 days.
