Last night our crew gathered at the newly remodeled Ricardo's Kitchen and Bar, and let’s just say… The family business was flourishing. 🤌🏼
The new Prohibition era design is absolutely killer and the atmosphere transports you back to a time where famous mobsters walked the streets. We had the honor of holding court in the “speakeasy” room, where we enjoyed some drinks and happy hour bites. The MOB wings? Fuggedaboutit…They were a hit! 🍗
Congrats to Shane and Jennifer on the grand reopening. We’ve missed having you in The Hub and are thrilled to see Ricardo‘s back and better than ever.

We had the opportunity to tour Summit Place today as this exciting new Rob Rice Homes neighborhood officially opens its doors, and we have to admit…there’s just something we love about that new home smell! 😊 These beautifully built homes will be the perfect fit for many future homeowners! 
We enjoy seeing so many of our realtor partners and business associates out supporting one another! We truly have an amazing community! 💙🏡💛

Higher loan limits = more opportunities! The increase in conventional loan limits gives buyers access to higher financing amounts without moving into jumbo financing territory. That can mean opening the door to more homes and greater flexibility in their home search! 🏠

Like, totally… We had a blast! We had a totally rad time at the Thurston County Realtors Association annual golf tournament and the “Born in the 80’s” theme did not disappoint! There were some great outfits! 
Thanks to everyone who stopped by, played along, laughed with us and made the day so much fun. We love getting to spend the day like this with the people who make our industry, and our community, so great! 💙💛

Big news!🚨For years, a moved manufactured home could be a deal breaker for conventional financing leaving borrowers with limited loan options. Now Freddie Mac has updated its guidelines - opening the door for more financing opportunities on manufactured homes that have been moved more than once.

To qualify, the home must be:
• Inspected to verify structural integrity by a licensed professional engineer or appropriate local state, or federal authority.
• Not be located in a more restrictive wind, roof-load, or thermal zone than the zone for which it was originally constructed.

More options for buyers. More solutions for sellers. More opportunities for agents. That’s a win all around! 🏡🔑
