Take a look at this newly remodeled three-bedroom home in Yukon, thanks to the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA provided a grant to Community Housing Partners for the purchase and renovation of this house located at 1701 Greenway Ave.
HOME funds helped cover both the purchase and critical repairs, transforming the property into a safe, updated home ready for a new owner.
This is how the HOME program works. It revitalizes houses, strengthens neighborhoods, and creates opportunities for homeownership.

The HOME program is yet another way that OHFA makes homeownership possible!

We love getting out into communities across Oklahoma and seeing the impact of housing investments firsthand. Last week gave us the opportunity to celebrate two ribbon cuttings that will make a difference for Oklahomans for years to come. There's nothing quite like seeing the excitement that comes with opening the doors to new homes and celebrating the partnerships that make them possible.

📍 Cushing
On Thursday, we traveled to Cushing to celebrate the completion of 50 newly renovated apartments for seniors. OHFA's Darrell Beavers and Holley Mangham were proud to join local leaders and partners for the ribbon cutting. It was a wonderful day recognizing the investment in housing that will help older Oklahomans remain connected to the community they call home.

On Friday, we joined the celebration for Lemmer Lee's Place, a development that will provide safe, stable housing for survivors of domestic violence and their children. OHFA's Chevelle Galbreath and Danielle Billups were honored to help mark this important milestone. This development represents hope and healing.

From senior housing to supportive housing, these developments are helping strengthen communities and create places Oklahomans are proud to call home. Every ribbon cutting is a reminder that housing changes lives and strengthens communities across Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency was recognized last Thursday by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Oklahoma City Chapter for the Housing Stability Program Annual Report and as Small Communications Team of the Year!🏆

The award for the Housing Stability Annual Report comes after it was transformed from a static, text-heavy Word document in 2025 into a page on the OHFA website that better showcased program statistics and property photos.

The award for the Small Communications Team of the Year marks the agency's fourth time receiving the honor. This recognition highlights the team's commitment to creative, strategic communications that raise awareness of OHFA's programs and advance its mission to expand housing opportunities for Oklahomans, all on a lean budget.

We are honored to help shine the light on the work of affordable housing.
