The FSS program turns your income growth into personal savings by depositing money into an escrow account for you to use after graduation.

Set personal and career goals, work with a specialist to increase your income, and graduate within 5 years to cash out your savings.

OHFA Housing Choice Voucher recipients are eligible.

Michael, a resident at The Phoenix, spent years experiencing homelessness. He now lives in a brand new apartment.

"You know being homeless is nothing glamorous. It's not anything I would want anybody to go through. On top of that, having a child doing that is a very big change." -Michael, 36North resident told KJRH.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA provided Tax Credit and Multifamily Bond financing to the Tulsa Housing Authority. This means north Tulsa residents like Michael and his daughter have safe and affordable places to call home.

The Enclave adds 99 apartments to North Tulsa's 36 North project, the most expensive affordable housing development in Oklahoma history.

Shovels, dirt, and heavy equipment mean new apartment homes! Friday, we attended the groundbreaking of the 3rd phase of 36North. This Tulsa Housing Authority community will ultimately include more than 500 one and two bedroom apartments. Okla. Housing Finance Agency is proud of its tax credit and bond financing that helped make the vibrant 36N community possible. OHFA’s Deborah Jenkins visited with THA’s Aaron Darden about 36North.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency will host a public input session covering applications for the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program and the Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund.

When: Monday, June 15 at 2 p.m.
Where: OHFA offices, 100 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City

Draft applications for both programs are available at ohfa.org.

Final applications will be taken to the July meeting of the OHFA Board of Trustees for approval.

For nearly 30 years, Rebecca lived unsheltered and without a safe place to call home. Through the Encampment Rehousing Initiative (ERI), she was recently connected with housing and the supportive services she needed to begin a new chapter.

Now, instead of focusing on day-to-day survival, Rebecca can look ahead to the opportunities awaiting her.

Seventy families in Chickasha will soon call Enclave Estates home.

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency - OHFA helped cut the ribbon on the community that features brand-new 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental homes with 2-car garages. Homes are 1,240 square feet.

Built with the help of OHFA's Affordable Housing Tax Credits program, Enclave Estates accepts Housing Choice Vouchers. Income limits apply.
