5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Patty Napgezek by Jane D - What made this such a great experience is this is our third home we have bought with the help of Patty. Well they say three is a charm. This most definitely is for Jane and I. We sold our last home 2 years ago and things weren't too great for us and we had to battle back and straighten out our credit and things weren't the greatest. But as soon as we're able to get approved, Patty made things so easy for us. She is family to us. I never had to feel bad or down about our situation. We could always be honest and she was there to get us through this process and hopefully buy are forever home but if not Patty would be the first one we would call again.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Patty Napgezek by Michael D - This is our third home we have purchased, that is my wife Jane and I. Patty is like family and so easy to talk to and to be honest with. I know our credit isn't the greatest but there was no shame in calling and telling Patty what was going on months ago and we wanted to buy a house again and we could think of nobody else to deal with but her. Our dreams came true again and not only did we close on October 15th. 2026 but the Brewers won that night to go to World Series for the first time in 44 years a day. I will never forget. Patty made things so easy for us and I can't recommend her highly enough and Fairway should be so grateful to have her.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Patty Napgezek by Phillip W - Patty made the entire home loan process incredibly smooth and easy for us. She was always responsive, answered our questions clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. We always knew what the next steps were, and she kept everything moving smoothly all the way through closing. Buying a home can be stressful, but Patty made the financing side of it feel straightforward and manageable. We really appreciated her professionalism, communication, and all of the help she gave us along the way.
