The last few days we’ve received quite a few reviews, and I just wanted to take a second to recognize the people behind the scenes who help make those experiences possible.

While my name may be the one clients remember, the truth is that every file is touched by an incredible team of people who care deeply about the families we serve.

The phone calls. The emails. The questions answered. The documents reviewed. The problem-solving. The follow-up.

None of it happens alone.

I’m incredibly grateful for these ladies and the heart they bring to what they do every single day. Our clients deserve the very best, and I’m thankful to work alongside people who show up for them time and time again.

Everyone tells you it goes fast.

You hear it when they’re babies.
You hear it when they start school.
You hear it at every birthday.

And somehow, you’re still not prepared for it.

Yesterday, my little girl turned 12.

Twelve years of dance competitions, Starbucks runs, Disney days, car rides, inside jokes, hugs, milestones, and memories I wouldn’t trade for the world.

Watching Abby grow into the talented, kind, funny, strong young lady she is today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Being her mom will always be my favorite title. 🤍

Happy Birthday, Abs. I love you to the moon and the back. 💕✨

Not rates.

More often than not, it’s missing or incomplete documents.

Bank statements with pages missing.
Unsigned disclosures.
Documents that were requested weeks ago.

I know it can feel like we’re asking for a lot, but every document has a purpose and helps keep your closing moving forward.

The quicker you send what your lender requests, the smoother the process tends to be. 🤍

A lot of what people hear about buying a home comes from social media, friends, or things they’ve been told for years… and sometimes it’s simply not accurate.

That’s why I spend so much time answering questions, breaking things down, and making sure my clients understand what they’re signing before they ever get to the closing table.
