What a colorful morning! 🎨 The MIG Oak Ridge team had a blast at the Mosaic Color Run in Historic Downtown Clinton — cheering on runners, coloring dreams with the kids at our booth, and soaking up all that community energy.

Every step supported the arts and the revitalization of downtown Clinton. 🏃‍♀️💨

Meet SAM THE MAN! We call him that because he’s the only man in an office full of women. 😄

Sam is a licensed Loan Officer who will now be working as my full-time loan assistant, and I’m so thankful for the added support as we continue to grow and expand the business while maintaining the quick turnaround and customer service our clients deserve.

Today, I actually had time to attend a closing, and I was reminded how important those one-on-one moments and relationships with my clients truly are. I never want to lose that personal connection. My goal has always been to provide more than just a red carpet experience — I want every client to receive the MIG green carpet experience from start to finish. 💚

Sam is going to help make that happen, and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome him to the team. Welcome, Sam!
