🏠 Role Overview: Executive Loan Officer
As an Executive Loan Officer, you’ll serve as the face of Rocket Mortgage in your market guiding clients, growing referral relationships, and delivering best-in-class service from application to closing.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, past clients, and referral partners
📈 Leverage existing relationships to grow a strong, referral-based book of business
📚 Educate and advise clients on home purchase and refinance strategies
🔍 Analyze client financials (credit, income, assets, property) to structure the right loan solution
📝 Guide clients through the full loan process from application through closing
📢 Market the Rocket Mortgage value proposition within your community
🏘️ Represent the Rocket brand at local events and community functions
📊 Stay current on product offerings, guidelines, and process updates
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
✔ 3+ years of mortgage origination experience
✔ Proven history of organic, referral-driven closings
✔ Active NMLS and state licenses
Preferred
