We spend a lot of time talking about the people we get to help, but not always a lot of time talking about the partnership behind it. Working with your spouse is… an experience. 😂
We’re different in a lot of ways, and honestly, that’s probably why it works.We see things differently. We bring different strengths to the table. One of us may notice something the other misses, ask a different question, or approach a problem from a completely different angle.
But when it comes to the people we serve, we’re always on the same page.We want our clients to feel informed, taken care of, and like they have actual humans in their corner. And we want our Realtor partners to know that when they trust us with someone they care about, we’re going to treat that trust like it matters.
Because it does.
Building a business together has taught us a lot about communication, trust, flexibility, and occasionally knowing when to stop talking about work at the dinner table. 😅 But I’m really proud of what we’re building — and even more proud of how we’re building it.
For the other couples who work together… tell me the truth: best decision ever or absolute chaos? 😂
