Had a great time celebrating Jennifer and the crew at Nick's Overhead Door Service today! 🎉

They held their ribbon cutting to celebrate 4 years in business and 1 year in their new shop. Pretty exciting stuff!

One of my favorite things about being part of MC9 is getting to know other local business owners and showing up to support them when there’s something worth celebrating.

Congratulations, Jennifer! Glad we could be there to celebrate with you and the team! 👏

Had a great time at my first Trunk or Treat today at the McHenry Outdoor Theater! 🎃

Brett Ostertag invited me to join him and his team, and I'm glad he did! We spent the afternoon handing out candy, checking out some pretty impressive costumes, and meeting a ton of local families.

Over 60 local businesses participated, and more than 1,500 people showed up! I'm pretty sure some of those kids made multiple trips through the candy line, but I respect the hustle. 😂

Big thanks to Brett for including me, and to The Bremer Team, Keller Williams Success and the McHenry Outdoor Theatre for putting on such a great event.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our tent to say hi! Already looking forward to next year! 🎃

🍂 Fall is here, and before we know it, we'll be dealing with another Illinois winter.

While you're checking off those fall projects around the house, here's one more thing worth adding to the list: reviewing your homeowners insurance.

A lot can change in a year. Home improvements, renovations, or even just the cost of rebuilding your home can make it worth taking another look at your coverage.

If it's been a while since your last review, I'd be happy to help.

📩 Send me a message or give our office a call.

A new networking opportunity is here in the Chain O’Lakes area!

We’re excited to introduce The Business Exchange, the newest Connection Group affiliated with the Chain O’Lakes Chamber of Commerce.

We officially kicked things off this week with our first meeting at SERVPRO of Northwest Lake County!

The Business Exchange brings local business owners and professionals together to build relationships, exchange ideas, share referrals, and support one another’s success. We’re looking forward to growing a group where members genuinely get to know each other and find meaningful ways to help each other’s businesses.

Where We Meet:

📍 SERVPRO of Northwest Lake County
1860 N Illinois Route 83, Suite 101
Grayslake, IL 60030

📅 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month
🕘 9:00–10:00 AM

Interested in attending as a guest?

We welcome inquiries from local business owners and professionals who are interested in learning more about the group.

Guest visits are by invitation, so please contact us before attending. Send us a direct message here on Facebook or email our group president, Robert Lalumendier, at [email protected].

Tell us a little about yourself and your business, and we’ll be happy to discuss the group and coordinate a guest visit.

We’re excited to see where The Business Exchange goes from here!

Stopped by Coffee with a Cop this morning at McDonald’s! ☕️👮‍♂️

Always great to see our local officers out in the community and have a chance to say hello. They had some fun giveaway items too, and of course, the little duck immediately caught my attention because my daughter loves them. 🦆😂

Thanks to everyone who helped put this together!

A new home, a new driver, a growing family, or a new business can be a good reason to review your coverage.

The Lalumendier Agency is here to provide local guidance and personal service for families and businesses throughout McHenry and Lake County.

250 years. Pretty incredible when you stop and think about it.

Hope everyone has a chance to spend today with family, enjoy some good food, catch a fireworks show, and appreciate what this country has given all of us.

Have a safe Fourth of July, and happy 250th birthday, America! 🇺🇸🎆

Since we’re apparently making public service announcements from the top of skyscrapers…

I’ll add one more:

Review your insurance before you need it.

😂 What’s your public service announcement?
