Tim Lee-RW Towne Mortgage: A Subsidiary of Towne Bank Mortgage Equal Housing Lender. NMLS # 1078215. By serving the unique needs of my clients, I pledge to develop the ideal home financing solution in all circumstances.

As a mortgage loan officer, I develop financial solutions that help my clients enjoy the ideal home with comfortable monthly payments. I strive to employ the principals of honesty, personal accountability, and due diligence in all of my professional interactions. I believe that excellent service and commitment to partners and clients builds the strongest kind of business-One that is based on relationships, trust, and mutual respect

I grew up in Chesapeake Virginia and attended Hickory High School where he was a varsity football player and an active participant in organized baseball and basketball. He received dual degrees from Virginia Tech in Marketing and International studies with a concentration in World Politics and Policy. While at Virginia Tech, Tim was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, an involved intramural sports athlete, and a minor in Spanish. I continue to stay involved in athletics as a flag football and softball player, as well as a youth boys basketball coach. Outside of working in real estate and staying involved with athletics, I enjoy being outside and traveling to new places.
