This girl is back in Virginia AND she and her wonderful husband and son are officially homeowners here! 🌺➡️🏡❤️

Sara and I go waaay back to our NR days… back when we walked uphill, in the snow both ways just to get to class. You know, just a few years ago. 😂

Life after high school lead her to Hawaii, where she met her amazing husband, Al, and had their incredible son. Just out there living their best Hawaii lives! ☀️🌴

Thankfully for those of us who missed her, family brought them back to the East Coast! When Sara reached out with financing questions, I was SO excited. Getting to handle their home financing was special, but knowing my longtime friend was coming back to Virginia?! Even better! 🥹❤️

Their Realtor, Ryan Benton (also an NRHS grad! We had a little reunion going!), hit the ground running with them as soon as they landed. Now this wonderful family has officially put down Virginia roots! 🔑

A big thank-you to Ryan Benton and Susan at RW Towne Title for helping bring it all together and getting them smoothly across the finish line! 💙
