The "Magician of Mortgages" nickname came from a client who had been unable to find a solution after working with several lenders.

My team and I found a path forward, and after we closed his loan, he called me "The Magician of Mortgages." John Davis, Loan Consultant, NMLS ID 341251

Our VA Renovation Loans are AWESOME. Before we created them with the VA, the VA buyer could put zero down, but they’d still have to pay for any renovations on their own. Not with us. Now all the rehab costs can be rolled into the loan so ZERO down is still an option (subject to loan limits based on county). Please contact me for more info.

VA loans offer 100% financing (which means NO MONEY DOWN) for vets up to nearly $680k in LA/OC/SD counties. The loans can go higher than that limit, but at that point some down payment is required. Please contact me for more info.

The VA loan is the best loan on the market, deservedly so. The sad thing is that a lot of active duty, reservists and vets aren’t aware of the tremendous benefits of these loans. If you, or someone you care about, might qualify for a VA loan, please contact me for more info!
