I’ve been staying in touch with a lead since December of last year. At first I just checked in monthly & then transitioned to every other month to see how they were doing & answer any questions.

Well the time has finally come ~ they are officially ready to buy a home & I was their very first call! 🙌🏼

I recently spoke with a local Realtor who shared a major frustration: a buyer’s lender issued a prequalification but never clearly communicated the estimated monthly payment. Once the buyer finally went under contract... major sticker shock. 🤯 The payment was completely out of her budget.
This breaks my heart because it is entirely preventable!

Made a quick dash to Cibolo today! 🚗💨
A client had her income documents ready but didn’t have a way to scan them… so I headed straight to her house to keep things moving. I got everything scanned securely into the portal & shredded the physical copies for her privacy.
Going the extra mile (literally!) to get it done all in a day’s work! The file is officially submitted to underwriting. 📄✅

Clear to Close in just 8 business days! 🙌🏼
What was originally scheduled to close at the end of October is now officially on the calendar for next Friday. While I can’t control the market rates, I can shop the wholesale lenders to find the absolute best options for my clients. By teaming up, we took the seller credits brilliantly negotiated by their realtor & used them to buy down the interest rate!
I was up against another broker for this file, & I’m incredibly proud to have won out. The deciding factor?!?! ~ Open, honest, two-way communication, delivering extraordinary service, & securing top-tier rates.
