Big news for homebuyers!

Starting now, we are accepting conventional loans up to $819,000 in anticipation of the new conforming loan limit increase for 2026!

We don’t know the actual number the FHFA will settle on as the official conforming loan limit for 2026. That will be released until November. But for now, we are estimating that number to be at least $819,000 and we are ready to roll with it!

Why is this important?

Currently, the conforming loan limit is $806,500, and anything above that requires a High-Balance or Jumbo loan, which often means higher interest rates and stricter underwriting requirements. With this new increase, more buyers can qualify for conventional loans, making the process smoother and potentially saving you money!
