🇺🇸 CLOSING DAY!! 🇺🇸 My third closing in a week! 😬 So grateful for the opportunity to get to do this work and meet fabulous people along the way! This one is special for a few reasons not the least of which the buyer is a Veteran. I can't thank him enough for his service and sacrifice to our country. ❤️ As they said yesterday, they hope this is their forever home where they can enjoy their years of hard work saving towards retirement. Second, this is my first closing where I have been involved with both realtor partners in this home purchase. I helped host the open house with the list agent Dream Key Team Powered by EXP Realty and Brandy Prime, Realtor only for another realtor partner, Bruce Bisbee, Real Estate to stop by the next day with his buyers and notice my marketing materials. Central Mass has been my home for over 28 years and I'm still seeing new faces and places but it shows how close knit this community really is! Special thanks to Stephen P. Mier, Attorney at Law for an ultra smooth closing. Wishing Richard and Tess wonderful memories in their new home! 🏡
