New month, new chapter. 🤍

And I know, I know… you’re all waiting to hear about my new journey and where I’m headed next! 👀 More on that very soon!

But this quote really meant something to me this week because it was a reminder that no matter where I go or what changes, success comes from what you hold onto, what motivates you, and what continues to inspire you.

For me, it always comes back to the people. Getting families into homes, helping make big moves happen, and being part of such an important season of people’s lives. Especially with the holidays right around the corner, there’s something so special about getting people home for the memories they’re about to make. 🏡

New opportunities and new chapters may come, but the things that drive you don’t have to change.

Happy Halloween! 🎃👻 While everyone is out trick-or-treating, I know some of you are also spending your weekends scrolling through listings, touring homes, and picturing where your family will make memories. 🏡🤍

Where your kids will trick-or-treat, where you’ll bake holiday cookies and treats, where friends and family will gather for all the big holidays, and where all those everyday moments will happen.

As a mortgage pro, I know the weekends are often when you finally have time to look for your next home. And when that perfect home pops up on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to know if it’s in your budget, what your numbers look like, or maybe you just need a little reassurance before making your next move.

That’s where I come in!

As October comes to a close and the holidays get closer, I’m reminded that the best things in life aren’t things at all. 🤎

Health, a home filled with the people you love, faith, and relationships built on trust are the things that matter most.

In this business, I’m thankful for the real estate agents who trust me to take care of their clients, the families who allow me to be part of such a big milestone, and the relationships that go far beyond a closing table.

While other places are pulling out the sweaters and watching the leaves change, we’re still enjoying beach walks, ocean views, and coffee runs with a little sunshine mixed in.

If you’re around Myrtle Beach this weekend, grab a coffee at Beach Dreams Market, take a walk along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, explore the shops and restaurants at The Market Common, or catch the sunset along the coast. 🌊☕️

And after a day out enjoying everything this area has to offer, there’s nothing better than coming home to a place that feels like yours. 🏡🤎

One of my favorite parts of what I do as a mortgage loan originator is helping people find their way home to places like this. Because where you live is about so much more than a house. It’s the lifestyle, the little moments, and the life you get to build there. ❤️
