Sometimes buyers have deadlines that are really tight, and getting to the closing table on time means almost everything has to go perfectly behind the scenes. From getting documents in quickly and staying on top of underwriting to coordinating with the title company, appraisal, insurance, and all the little moving pieces in between, there’s a LOT that has to happen in a short amount of time.

But there’s nothing more rewarding than when we’re able to make it happen! 🙌🏼🏡

In this case, we had less than a month to get everything across the finish line before the end of the month, and I’m so thankful we were able to make it happen!

This one's a little trickier!

PITI stands for:

• Principal – Pays down the loan balance.
• Interest – The cost of borrowing money.
• Taxes – Property taxes that may be included in the monthly payment.
• Insurance – Homeowners insurance, and sometimes other required insurance.

When people talk about a monthly mortgage payment, they're often referring to the full PITI payment, not just the principal and interest.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from helping homebuyers over the years, it’s that the road to homeownership rarely goes exactly as planned.

Sometimes the mortgage is the biggest hurdle. Sometimes it’s finding the right home. And sometimes, it simply takes a little patience for the right opportunity to come along.

But I’ve also watched buyers accomplish things they never thought were possible because they asked questions, made a plan, and had the right people in their corner.

So if you’ve caught yourself thinking, “There’s no way I can buy a home right now…” don’t count yourself out before you have the conversation.
