Whether it was just requesting additional information from us, or if he was answering any number of of our random barrages of questions. He was quick and knowledgeable, which left us feeling confident in the process that he was walking us through. This was our first time buying a home, so the task was extra intimidating before we started. His knowledge put both my wife and myself at ease. 10/10

Also want to make a point to shout out Emily Hudson. She helped us during the first house we pursued and was extrnely knowledgeable as well. While that one ended up falling through (issues with the home itself, no issues at all on the financing side of things), she was also excellent about communicating with us and making sure we felt comfortable through every step. When we started looking at homes in Northern AL rather than TN, she didn't hesitate to figure out how to get us properly situated to buy in a different state by setting us up with Jeff.

All in all, the team worked seamlessly to make this process as smooth and as stress free as possible. Can't thank Jeff and Emily enough for every emails, text, and phone call through this process. Paired with the time spent getting things ready for us outside of our times of direct communication, they were both excellent from start to finish.
