Beginning Aug. 6, State Farm customers can visit Customer Care Sites for in-person assistance:

Shadle Park High School: 4327 N. Ash Street Spokane, WA 99205
Hours of Operation: Thursday – Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT

Lowe’s: 16205 East Broadway Avenue Spokane Valley, WA 99037
Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT

You can also begin or manage a claim by contacting your State Farm agent, calling 1-800-SF-CLAIM, using the State Farm mobile app, filing online or texting CLAIM to 62789.
