ของประธานาธิบดีTrump
1.ส่งผลเฉพาะวีซ่าถาวรสมัครจากไทย เช่น วีซ่ากรีนการ์ดจากการแต่งงาน กรีนการ์ดที่
สมัครให้ครอบครัว
2. ไม่ส่งผลกับวีซ่าชั่วคราวทุกประเภทเช่น
วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว นักเรียน E2
3. ไม่ส่งผลกับการเปลี่ยนสถานะวีซ่าทุกประเภทในสหรัฐอเมริกา B2>F1, B2> วีซ่า
แต่งงาน กรีนการ์ด E2 EB3 ทุกอย่างยังดำเนินการได้ตามปกติค่ะ

Clarification on Thailand Nationals and the 75 Country Immigrant Visa Policy
Summary: Nationals of Thailand who are physically present in the United States and are applying for a Change of Status (Form 539) or Adjustment of Status (Form 485) with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are not automatically affected by the recent 75 country immigrant visa processing pause.
Scope of the 75 Country Policy:
The policy announced by the U.S. Department of State primarily affects immigrant visa issuance at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad. This includes individuals who are outside the United States and must complete their immigrant visa interviews through consular processing.
Impact on Applicants Inside the United States:
Applicants who are already inside the United States and who file applications directly with USCIS-such as a change of nonimmigrant status or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident— are processed under domestic USCIS authority. These cases do not require immigrant visa issuance at a U.S. consulate abroad and therefore are not directly subject to the consular immigrant visa pause.
Important Considerations:
• If an applicant later departs the United States and requires consular processing abroad, the pause may affect that future step.
• USCIS may continue to apply standard eligibility reviews, including financial and admissibility requirements.
• Nonimmigrant visa categories (such as F1, B1/B_2, or other temporary visas) are not part of this immigrant visa suspension.
Conclusion:
For Thai nationals who are lawfully present in the United States and are pursuing a change of status or adjustment of status through USCIS, the 75 country immigrant visa processing pause does not, by itself, prevent USCIS from adjudicating their applications.
